Yes, things are going well here. I spent the 14th with my Mom and sister so I kept busy. My granddaughters arrive tomorrow so I will get in lots of swimming as I have to be at the pool with them.
I am told that I made an exceptional recovery from my knee replacement. I still have lots of sorting to do. I'm slowly going through his stuff and passing on what I can and donating the rest.

I would say it is going better than I would have expected. I am doing what is recommended for widows and not making any changes in my life at this time. I remained on the forum of the American Bladder Cancer Society and was asked to be the Volunteer Coordinator (a volunteer position) which I accepted. I thought it would give my life some shape and meaning. Then this week the President said the Board voted to offer me a seat on the board. I accepted the position also. This is a new organization which offers online support for Bladder Cancer survivors and caregivers plus we will be going education and advocacy regarding Bladder Cancer. It is the 5th most common cancer and gets no publicity thus not much research funding ( ... )
