I have a sister who lives in the UK. My Mother wants to visit one last time before her passport expires who needs to have someone travel with her. So I am going to England to visit my sister and meet my grandniece for the first time. The bonus to this is I am also going to Paris for a few days. The emails I sent to my friends kept bouncing but

When is your trip?

Travel is a good way to find out if you get along with someone.

I traveled in England (1979) for 3 weeks with my sister and her husband. We did not kill each other, which was good.

A lot of people in France speak English. Don't worry. But you will charm them if you try to use your six words first. They appreciate the effort.
