Ahaha, why law? It was more of a case of why not law?

The first profession I wanted to be when I was young was a lawyer. Then in between I kept changing my mind, all the way till I got to Uni. My marks were sufficiently high to enter law, and I have typical Chinese parents who insisted that since I've the grades, why not just read law?

My interest has always been in political science, but that was part of the Arts faculty, so as a compromise, I studied Law in return for being able to study political science. Which is why I ended up with a double degree.

I didn't actually want to become a lawyer until fairly recently, even now I still haven't really made up my mind. It is the natural course of action, to go for practical legal training after law school then become a lawyer, but I don't know whether that is what I really want to do out of life.

I want to do lots and lots of research and policy reform work instead! And write fanfics all day long until my brain rots into a slush of smut. XD

And yep, Maria-sama fan, though I liked the first two or so seasons better than the later ones. ^^;

(Zuka wise I am actually a Tani fan since 2006 and still in her fanclub even as an OG, but don't fangirl that much about her at the moment. ^^; Current Siennes are Chie, Chigi, Kingu and Tomochin XD )
