Wow. What a company. They have absolutely no quality of service standards and are totally happy to keep taking your money ever month when their service is down more than HALF the time. And good luck getting in touch with anybody for help. The navigation on their site is impossible and you'll have to fill out a dozen forms to even try to find ( Read more... )

I kicked AT&T and Comcast has been flawless so far.

Err, and by flawless I mean running anywhere from 50% to 200% higher than the base speed I ordered.
