Thesis Parade at Reed woke it up. It's the anniversary of something.
I used to have a pseudo-instructor job sitting in the book loft over there but about a year ago I couldn't do it anymore because I threw up on that security guard's shoes. Or at least that was one of the reasons. A windstorm started the moment I had to leave and knocked out power to 23,000 people in Portland and 844,000 people total around the northwest. It was the third time I'd shut down the electricity on the Reed campus.
The clouds generally go after the source of the pain.
