Heh, well I think I jinxed myself. It didn't reboot this morning the first time. There's still a bug in it. I'm asking for a new one, this isn't what I signed up for. ;-P But, I backed up my most important data today so that should be okay.
Yep, busy but happy! Canning, drying and otherwise preserving and packing away foodstuffs for later, too. (And I've never canned solo before!) I loves it.
Happy holidays! Will we see you around the holidays, or are you staying on your side of the speed bumps?
Will be out to fighter practice tonight and the 16th then traveling down to visit my mom down near San Fran for the week of the 25th. Hope to see you sometime around then. Canning it is a blast! I'm on a drying kick right now.
Darn, ended up working that night, sorry. And this Tuesday is the company party but I think I'll be able to make it to FP before 8.
I've been drying some... rose hips are a pain! I think I tried too hard. ;P Now I am making candied orange peel dipped in chocolate, which is being interesting, and considering making sauerkraut. Dubious about the sauerkraut, though I think there's a place cold enough in here to do it....
San Fran! Awesome! I love the Chinatown there, I want to go back soon. That'll be fun, tell her "Mele Kalikimaka!"
Me, I'm traveling by way of internet this season: I've been in the 1990 Hawaiian Christmas mood, listening to Perry and Price on KSSK over the internet. It is so funny to me that 18 years later they're still doing the show and playing the same music on that station... very nostalgic!
