You should create a mathematical projection to determine the optimum amount of piracy in order to spread enough "free samples" to be adequate advertising and still sell enough hard copies to make the maximum profit. Then figure out some way to manipulate pirates such as yourself into pirating at that optimum amount.

And I'll keep on drilling Jurassic dinosaur teeth for stable isotopes. I have to admit though, this is pretty interesting. Is this something you read about through your current fascination with black market economics?
