Nah. I just spend too much time reading inconsequential garbage.

Basically (if you care) wanton=person who does not have the ability to choose between his wants. He can identify wants, but not the order of importance to him. That (identify will or want) is higher order deliberation.

So, for example, if a wanton wants an apple for breakfast and wants to go swimming, he cannot choose which he wants more, but he won't, say, kill himself instead.
