This diet plan is from a webpage called, How to Lose Weight in a Week. My intent is to do this as a permanent diet change. I like how simple it is.

Avoid Eating These Foods
  • Baked foods
  • Fried foods
  • Sweetened beverages

Increase exercise to 10,000 steps a day. If you already walk that many steps in a day, add 5000-10,000 steps to the total.
