Recipe - Blueberry Biscuits

2 1/4 cups self-raising flour
1 stick of soft butter
1 cup of buttermilk
1/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of blueberries, rinsed.

Pre-heat oven to 450° F.

Mix flour, sugar, and butter until well mixed with the flour.

Add buttermilk to mix.

Gently add blueberries.

Flour a pastry board and knead about 5-6 times.

Cut the dough with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place dough rounds on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
