so i need to unravel some yarn off of my  humongous scrap blanket (to finish a hat), and now i'm thinking of completely  pulling it apart, organizing the colors, and re-making it with this as the new pattern. i know it's slightly crazy but it has the potential to be the coolest blanket in the universe.

Why don't you make a new one out of your scraps.. that way you don't lose what you have done...???

the scrap blanket i already made is queen sized and has no rhyme or reason. so if i unravel it, i can put order into chaos.... like a metaphor for my life! lol.
