Hi thanks :D I actually have no idea who is in charge of membership right now, but if nobody is taking care of refrain_subs, I don't mind opening membership again :) But I don't want to undermine anyone's authority, so... I have no idea? I'm gonna ask around some more and I'll get back to you :D

Just a few days ago I found out about refrain subs community so I tried to join but was disappointed to find out that it was no longer updated. If you're going to reopen membership Please allow me to join I promise to follow the rules.
