Never seen so many books... anonymous February 27 2007, 12:19:00 UTC
You gotta read 'em, too. When people turn bar/bat mitzvah they don't want most, if not all, of the books that are offered. Then just a few (really!) years later, they build their own libraries, after which there is never enough shelf space, bookshelf units, apartment area, etc., to fit the all. The proper answer is, it is a good thing that you appreciate the books, and it is only human to be jealous/envious.

Best cure for it? Stockpile books! :) Every time you buy a book, treat it well and keep it safe and soon enough, you'll have a library of your own.
