Note: driving in Potter County when it's raining cats and dogs is NOT a good idea. We'd gone to Maxor where Jason works cause they were talking twisters... the storm had already had confirmed ones, but it had fallen apart before it got to us. By over the car, she means the hood... but I NEVER want to see water come up over any part of the car that I can see EVER again :\ WAS NOT FUN!

It only takes a few inches of moving water to carry a vehicle away.

I know, Micheal, which is why we are not going to do that anymore. I have discovered I can drive without hydroplaning or stalling, but I won't count on that luck a second time. And today I am staying quite firmly entrenched at home.
