People back then were fucking strong! During the Song dynasty (900-1200-ish), infantry were wearing 30kg (nearly 66lbs) of armour! My shoulders get tired carrying 10+ kg, and I'm not even particularly weak!

I know! It's crazy, I get so tired just carrying a backpack around sometimes... XD
