I just hate the fact that I feel a connection with someone but they can never actually know what I mean because they can't see the way my hands are all over the place while I talk, the many many expressions I make when I'm giving advice or feedback. They can't hear the way I get all huffy when I'm frustrated, or the way I go quiet when something has legitimately moved me.

this is exactly how i feel, and i bet this is exactly how many of us do. it's really hard expressing what you mean through words when many times you feel so many things that you can't even tell them apart. i myself edit many times a post and end up saying a mere 'thank you' and i bet many are like 'i talked highly about what she did and she only says thank you, ugh..'. but when i say thank you, well you bet your ass i'm thanking you from the bottom of my heart.

sometimes it's nice just to see that someone is telling you few words, but that mean a lot. 'this is beautiful', 'i'm literally moved by this', 'it's amazing'.. just knowing that someone appreciates what ( ... )
