Okay, Anna:
- Anna is strong. As an angel, she ranked above Castiel and Uriel and her Grace was enough to harm a high-level demon. She's tough enough to back her convictions, and she always follows through when the most undesirable plan is necessary. She's strong enough and tough enough to put her chin up and overlook how broken she feels, but she can't always mask the bitterness her experiences have left behind.
- She loves feeling. She envies humanity their ability to feel, because without the passion that fuels human emotion, she exists only as intent. Her human life granted her a glimpse into that depth of emotion, and she clings desperately to the shreds of it that she still has.
- She's tragic. So often she makes sacrifices, and is rewarded with misunderstanding and betrayal. She Fell to be free of the cold, unfeeling existence of the angels - and still it held onto her, clung to her mind until she ultimately lost it when she took back her Grace. Okay:
- Cas is a soldier. A tactician, really. Up to meeting the Winchesters, all he knew was receiving and obeying orders and faith in his Father. He's intelligent. More important, Cas is wily. He's slyly devious and he knows how to play the system, as it were, to get what he (read: Dean) needs and get around what red tape he can. If he can't get around it, he'll go through it and suffer the consequences ( ... )
