Tuesday we spend way more than I wanted to, but I am glad I didn't have to move all my crap! all three of the moving guys were allergic to cats, poor guys, pretty much everything I own has cat hair all over it. I baked for the first time in approximately forever, I made pumpkin bread, and it was very moist. I wanted roasted pumpkin seeds this year, and after dallying a little I roasted the left-over pumpkin and pureed and froze the flesh.
