Sucks for the pawn...

So we were told by our captain that if a new tax bill doen't pass the department will be force to lay off 160 - 250 officers! The department and the union follows the last in first out rule. which would include me and alot of the people I work with.

The department had a mass departure last year of like 140 officers when they cut our retirement

Man, that's more than my city's entire police force by at least 100! I hope things turn out well for you.
