They get married. And then Soi Fon throws a bitchfit and Yoruichi says Soi Fon can be her mistress.
Or she turns into a bigamist and marries Soi Fon too which she would totally do, because in Vegas in the Bleach universe, there is same sex marriage. :|
Not that Yoruichi would get married because she is clearly too awesome for such a thing.
