Ohhh my gosh, so excited for Kappa Formal. I had a dream about it last night and I woke up at 9, as opposed to the planned-on 11. Ahhhh!

Sunday meeting, 4/2
-Pass around chapter roster, ask girls to note whether they are coming or not coming, and if coming, if they are bringing a date or not bringing a date.
-(of course, I will be absent, but a committee member will do this!)

Sunday meeting, 4/9
-Pass around the roster and ask everyone to write down date's name, and to note whether either or both are 21
-Announce the groups for the bus (we're going on coach busses, in three shifts)

Wednesday, 4/12
-Hang up sign!

Saturday, 4/15
-Hang up sign outside house! ("KKG Sapphire Ball: please check in inside")
-Salyer and Carey will check people in one group at a time
-They will give 21-year-olds a handstamp
-They will give each person a ticket, to be used for bus entry AND party entry
-I will check tickets as people board busses, and ride on each bus to the party
-FORMAL!!!!!

Later
-All Kappas (whether they went to the Ball or not) will receive wine glasses/steins/something with KKG crest!!
