Yes, in fact ARRL has the entire collection from 1915 to present on DVD. Though all in B&W, most of the old ones were already.
The web based ones have the articles, but they are copied over in HTML. No ads or extras.
Still, it not quite the same as having the original to leaf through on a lazy sunday afternoon ^_^
