About as Autumn as my Autumn pictures get.
Saturday was the last day of my photo adventures. I decided to head out - only a couple of miles from my apartment - to the Morton Arboretum. It's basically the countryside nestled in suburbia... except deliberate and with a wide variety of unique (read: not-common-here) trees, flowers, and such.
Results were great, of course.

On Friday I had a bright idea - to go up to the top of the Sears Tower in Chicago, Skydeck, and see if I couldn't get some good pictures.
If I don't snap another picture again for months, I'll still be satisfied.

An afternoon break from citylife
More pictures! (and there will be even more to come after this, too) On Wednesday afternoon I took a drive to Michigan - the far southwestern corner of it at least - to one of my favorite spots: Warren Dunes State Park. Ahh yes, back to picture taking.
So my week off hasn't gone quite accordingly to plan, but more on that in a locked post. In the meantime I've managed to get out a bit and, as always, I was packing camera. Below are a few results from a Tuesday evening stroll in Millennium Park in downtown Chicago.

Finally! Some pictures from Chicago. It was way warmer than I would have liked, but I was in a "fuck it, let's do this" mood. I had a backpack stocked with water bottles, so I made it. Results were nice.
