Why am I still up?
Oh yeah...it's because Benjamin just fell asleep. *sigh* He went to bed 2 STINKIN HOURS AGO!!!! But he's been in there whining and crying and complaining. He did come back out for a drink, but I took him back in there after that. Bill actually went to bed an hour ago....HAHA. He offered to stay up, but I'm wide awake and had to get some stuff ( Read more... ) -
I see snow flurries!
So it must be colder outside than my thermometer says. It says it's 40, but it is quite windy out there. I'm debating leaving my mail in the mailbox today instead of going out to get it ( Read more... ) -
Strange desires
I have the strangest desire to get down on my hands and knees and scrub my living room floor. Ever since I watched How Clean is your House the other day and they had a good way to clean wood floors. However I'm afraid that it's going to look really good and then I'll have to do the rest of the house because the rest will look awful in comparison ( Read more... ) -
Dinner=yum
I put ground turkey in this. I also put a little less red wine vinegar and more worcestershire sauce because Bill hates anything tasting vinegary...he also hates the smell of vinegar. I really liked it. I hope he likes it too. =)
P.S. I've made this cheese sauce before and put it over chicken and it was quite tasty too. =) -
What day is it?
It feels like a Saturday or something. Bill has started going in late on Mondays, so he is home till about 12:30, so that's nice. The kids are the happiest in the mornings anyway ( Read more... ) -
Hair
Benjamin got a haircut today. It was pretty messy. He looks better with shorter hair. It's just such an ordeal to cut it that we don't do it too often. He actually looks older with shorter hair. At least I think so. It's strange though that Bill's hair is the exact same length and Benjamin's hair is WAY curlier than Bill's. -
Success!
I made this chicken dishwith a rice dish last night for dinner. Basically I chopped up half a bell pepper, half an onion, a couple celery stalks and a small carrot and put it in with rice cooked in chicken broth. It was YUMMY. Time is most definitely flying
Abigail can sit up on her own for about 5 seconds at a time. It's way cool. Benjamin wasn't doing this until about 7 months.... She's gonna be crawling before I know it!!!! Eeek ( Read more... ) -
Food again
Persian food is very good if you've never had it. They are called kabobs, but it's not quite what you think of when you think of a kabob. I had a beef one the other day and now I want to try the vegetarian and the chicken one. The rice is yummy and has some saffron in it and they bake a tomato with it too. I love tomatoes like that. Octopus and clothes
Trying to dress a 5 month old is quite like I would imagine it would be like trying to dress an octopus.
