I bought a little blue snail for Noah's frog tank when I went to pick up more frog food (the cats had eaten the bag and I lost all the pellets to the carpet). I'd heard that a snail can be good for the tank and they were only 2$ so I got one. He's super cute. Noah named him Rocket, lol. The frogs don't know what to think of him. They keep darting

He's pretty boss! He's also magic. He was crawling on the top of the water, except from the underneath! I can't really explain it but was cool!

Surface tension, I suppose! But i prefer to say he's magic. Rocket, the magic snail!

Lol, I loved when little kids came in to PetCo and got super excited about the snails. HECK YEAH

Yep, snails are really good for tanks. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we're going to be able to have snails in our big tank. We tried, twice, but our fish attacked them. So we're not even going to attempt it again. We're getting frogs for one of our other tanks, though, so they might be a possibility for that.
