The weird thing is, Krispy Kreme's problem to me is that it centered its marketing around the donuts. Dunkin' Donuts, on the other hand, markets their coffee a hell of a lot more. Donuts are second to coffee. I would never go to a Krispy Kreme for a cup, so there's really no reason for me to go at all.
Some of us, however, don't drink coffee, and so the dougnuts are the only reason to go to a doughut place. Which leaves me with *really* no reason to go to Dunkin' Donuts. Maybe if I drank coffee, I'd have a different opinion, but the closest I get is hot chocolate, and Dunkin' Donut's sucks.
