I haven't been sleeping well either. But it's because I sleep on a firm bed so I don't wake up with neck and back pains, and for some reason always turn on my back and wake up. No amount of pillows piled up behind me seems to help.
But try this: Try stretching before you go to bed. It's suppose to relax you-remove tension built up through the day.
Oh man, that's so frustrating! Thanks for the tip though~ I tried it last night and it seemed to help. At least my mind wasn't all muddled with weird dreams. I just didn't get enough sleep... Lol, so going to try sleeping earlier tonight. I've been so out of it at work, it's not even funny =__=;;
