I don't understand why Dean was surprised that something's wrong with Sam. Am I making this up, or didn't Sam TELL him there was something wrong with him the first episode of the season?
If Sam's going to be throwing Dean under the bus at every chance, that means that Dean's now got danger from two sides. The monsters OR HIS BROTHER might kill him. Awesome.

I'd have to go back and look, but I can't remember Sam phrasing it as such. I know he says that his time in Hell affected him differently--but that's also Sam saying it, and we don't really know how far we can trust him yet.
