Benevenuta Crispo maintains a manor home on the shores of the Rhine in Germany, where she stores the keepsakes from her lives lived previously and periodically secludes herself from the world at large to rest and restore. Designed for gracious entertaining, this circa-1896 residence is situated along the shores of the Rhine amid lush gardens. A white-painted iron gate opens to a tableau encompassing a splashing fountain, towering boxwood trees, and the villa with beautiful period architecture. The exterior of the home retains many original details of its time, including unique stucco ornaments that have been preserved unaltered through renovations in 1992 and 2002. An understated elegance permeates the interiors, which are equipped with gorgeous marble and oak parquet flooring among many other fine finishes.
