So after five solid months of bending over backwards to make the most annoying client in the world happy, I have now landed the biggest deal of my career.  Robert finally signed the papers with the agency giving us a three year, exclusive contract with Eli Lilly and Company to handle all of their North American advertising.  And the best part?  ( Read more... )

I could think of a few people who would benefit from either of those ads run repeatedly whilst they were locked in a room and chained to a chair. Or, you know, free sample. The first option sounds so much more fun.

Have I mentioned how much I like the way you think? I could forward a few names your way for the latter. The former, it seems, is what half of my patients come in requesting. The other half want to proceed straight on to Xanax.

Well to be fair, the credit for the idea is all yours. And I would be more than happy to use my position for some harmless torment, although after a few hours, they might very well end up right back on your sofa.

Does walking into a psychiatrist's office and demanding Xanax actually work?
