Sucks about the tires, but very timely news about Netflix! I was literally just about to send them an e-mail because for some reason they refuse to send me seasons 1 or 2 of Red Dwarf, even though they are clearly listed as available now, instead choosing to send me seasons 3-5. I obviously don't want those without having 1-2 first. Idiots... Anyway, I couldn't find a customer service number anywhere on their website (bastards don't list one), but this gethuman.com site it just perfect. Now maybe I can figure out what the problem is. Hopefully they'll just admit that they have them in stock and will then ship them to me free of charge. We'll see, I'll wait till this afternoon to make sure the order is final (right now it's still "processing").
