So I am still gaining weight and now my psychiatrist has told me she is worried and I've got to get checked by a GP. Let's hope when I do get checked out there will be proper results. I can't stand being the weight I am now for the height I am at. 4'8" and 122lbs is BAD. I need to get back to my old 21 inch waist and petite self. It's so strange ( Read more... )

Okay. The exercising isn't working. I'm gaining at least 1-2 lbs a week still which is bad. I know my doc said it could be the meds that is making it happen, but since i have high cholesterol these meds might be doing me worse than good. The fight  is still on. The diet made me loose 2 lbs but on the downside it was affecting me by counteracting my medication on the days I was on the diet and making me feel like I had the flu. A very very bad flu. My doc did confirm with me that the meds are the reason I probably skyrocketed in weight gain. So I'm off that diet and I'm just going ( Read more... )
