it's only two hours from three major cities, driving in a car... less than an hour in a helicopter?

and other than hurricanes, from which the domes would protect us (up to at least Cat 5, maybe more); we'd be living in a tropical paradise!

i would wager that there are many advantageous reasons to start a more ambitious project in Ecuador... besides a more supportive economy & supportive culture... perhaps the alternative energy resources (particularly the renewable ones, such as geothermal) will also be more plentiful in Ecuador?

but Venus, FL is a pretty sweet spot, as far as the US is concerned.
