what are the odds at this early a stage?
hmmm... Pierre Spengler is one of the producers for Tryptych... among his other credits, he was an uncredited executive producer for the rainbow thief, and also produced such movies as the Superman trilogy, starring Christopher Reeve... Cadenza Films BV is the production company... their last effort, "Snapshots" came out in 2002 and starred Burt Reynolds & Julie Christie... here's some more info on the other two producer/writers, Roy and Rocco, who have The Substitute to their credit... so, it seems that there is money behind this one... so, i'll place my wager on seeing this film before 2007 is over... this interview with Roy Frumkes would seem to corroborate that the project is on schedule.

but as the translation of one french chat board reads:
` ` "Los hijos del Topo" is almost finished (as opposed to what imdb) ensures... it would owe sortire with the end of the year.
And following it apelle "Tryptych". But there, it is necessary to be armed with patience. ' '

this interview was done ( ... )
