High-intensity training 3-4 times a week, 1200 calorie diet with carbs only in the morning and at noon, and just slow-releasing ones (complex) like oatmeal and sprouted grain bread (low glycemic-index). I am currently very passionate about nutrition, and Jonny Bowden's 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth book is so informative, I recommend it to everyone. I have 400 calories for breakfast, 100 calories as a mid-morning snack, 300 calories at lunch, 100 calories for a snack, 200 calories at dinner, and 100 calories for a bedtime snack. I aim for 100+g of protein daily, too. No soy; no high fructose corn syrup; no corn syrup; avoiding fructose-laden foods such as apples, bananas, pears, and melon (http://www.figureathlete.com/readArticle.do;jsessionid=2834B3EB6E86388C8A6413721328883A.hydra?id=2326352); no soda; no mono diglycerides, partially hydrogenated, or hydrogenated oils which are all trans fats; ( ... )

I don't mean to be an ass about this... but why do you need to lose more weight? You're skinnier than Monica at this point and she was one of the skinniest people I know. I think you look fantastic.

Nah, I think Monica is still way skinnier than I am. I am just average right now.

Hey, what are you doing for Halloween? If you want to do something I promise I won't black out again :D.

srsly, you're looking with the wrong eyes. I'm literally talking about straight-up measurements. Monica is definitely thicker than you are sister, and that's not even factoring in the fact that she's shorter than you.

You're getting really really skinny.

And I dunno yet. We'll figure somehting out.
