High-intensity training 3-4 times a week, 1200 calorie diet with carbs only in the morning and at noon, and just slow-releasing ones (complex) like oatmeal and sprouted grain bread (low glycemic-index). I am currently very passionate about nutrition, and Jonny Bowden's 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth book is so informative, I recommend it to everyone. I have 400 calories for breakfast, 100 calories as a mid-morning snack, 300 calories at lunch, 100 calories for a snack, 200 calories at dinner, and 100 calories for a bedtime snack. I aim for 100+g of protein daily, too. I don't mean to be an ass about this... but why do you need to lose more weight? You're skinnier than Monica at this point and she was one of the skinniest people I know. I think you look fantastic.
srsly, you're looking with the wrong eyes. I'm literally talking about straight-up measurements. Monica is definitely thicker than you are sister, and that's not even factoring in the fact that she's shorter than you.
