After having my wonderful FATBOY class today at work, i decided to work out after work. I need to start doing so anyway so now seemed like as good of a time as any. PT Test revisited
So this morning I received an email stating that I have to attend what is called the 'Healthy Living Workshop' since I failed my PT test. This class is designed to help those who cannot pass due to being out of shape, and overweight. Mine had nothing to do with either of those. I have a friend of mine going through a very tough time right now. She seems to be reaching out to everyone around her, only to be rejected. One of them has also befriended me but some things were said that don't make sense. Memorial day weekend
After a nice long weekend... its back to work for this guy. Last night I went to see Tops in Blue. Back in tech school I had the chance to audition but I never took it. Ok... so yesterday i had an appointment with my doc to see how my knee is going. After my wonderful PT test on tuesday, ive been in pain pretty much non stop. He did a little test that checks to see if the meniscus was damaged and sure as shit... PT nightmare
So... for the first time in a long time... I finall had my dreaded PT test. Where im content with actually finishing the run... it took me 20 minutes.needless to say... im in a lot of pain right now.
