I know two, maybe three of these bands by name. Have heard one of them. Couldn't pick any songs by any of them out of a line-up. Just not hip.

The weird part about it is that this is the most main stream list I have had since I discovered that I could find music on my own. I got them all at big box retailers, nothing was special ordered or gotten from record labels.

I suppose Thrice's Beggers would count had I remembered to put it on the list. That I got from the label, but I could have gotten it at Best Buy just as easily.

"My Chemical Romance - Danger Days" I did listen to and I thought man this is bad.. I thought it was a step back for them...

I knew from the start they couldn't make another record like the Black Parade, it was just not going to happen, but they did put out a good album, it is just different. They simplified, and that isn't a bad thing, you just couldn't go in to it expecting another album like the last.
