What a lovely weekend it's been. I went home Saturday afternoon for the East Singers alumni choir rehearsal, which I wasn't expecting to be anything exciting, but it was definitely the highlight of the weekend. First of all, Mrs. Lausi remembered my name, which I was really impressed by. It was a lot like being in high school all over again,

I was going to try out for renaissance choir next year. it's pretty much exactly what i need vocally (and it sounds like what you need as well). the only problem is they rehearse on sunday nights. like at 7ish. do you think we could change lavender's blue rehearsals for it?

That's definitely an interesting idea. Are they any good? And as far as rehearsals go, I'm not in charge of scheduling them anymore, so you'd have to ask Eleanor or Haley. Although if you can't go, there can't be much of a rehearsal, can there?

i heard them sing at may day and they weren't bad. they definitely looked like they were enjoying themselves. good point about rehearsals. we'll have to work things out at the beginning of next year, i suppose.
