maybe you should tell them that "Rollover minutes expire after twelve months and/or immediately upon default, or if customer changes rate plans to a non-rollover plan"

yea...once they FULLY realize that they won't have any commmunication with you...they will give it back you and thne give you a lecture on the responsiblity of owning a phone. lol
