So...today I had my first post deployment counseling session. As a result of a minor breakdown in the desertm the referred me to a life skills shrink over there whom I saw for about a month and then they told me I needed to continue the counseling when I got home

So...you're back, now?

And I'm glad you're seeing someone. I don't understand how anyone could go to Afghanistan or Iraq for any period of time and not need to when they get home. I just have so much respect for you and the rest of the military for going there, because I'd never be able to do it.
