I just got home from the most awful band camp ever. We learned all our drill by wednesday before lunch! Ugh! It was awful and extrememly stressful but Jules said it was her best band camp yet, and I say we are pretty kick-ass for September 1st. Seriously, you all need to come see it. yeah, well thank you, i know it will get better as the season progresses. i can't believe i have to play it at Giant's stadium! eek! at least we survived band camp already though

Mellos are awesome, thats why the solo is for Mello for marching band, you'd have to mic a clarinet (like south brunswick lol) and Jules would never do that.

I think I made my entry sound like I hated band camp, which i didn't really just for the first two days, after that it was a really good feeling of accomplishment. I'm actually looking forward to Friday. Especially because Mike Stein and Jason might come see us :).

Your solo is awesome and I think it sounds really cool on mello. Miked clarinets are yucky (as we heard from South Brunswick) and I'm glad Jules gave you the solo, plus you deserve it and you can play it really well! :-)
