Why, oh why, is this so entertaining?

Spring was alive yesterday.  I felt that finally after so many months of cold torture that we were finally in the clear.  Today it is winter again and I am wearing a grumpy mask.

So I have wanted to do this fast for a year.  It is called The Lemonade Diet: The Master Cleanse.  You drink only this lemonade concoction:  fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper for a minimum of ten days.  To me, ten days seems like too much so I was going for three or four and if I felt ok by then I might consider going the full ten ( Read more... )
