Don't ask. Just. Don't ask. I've found myself reverting back to an old standby. When the going gets tough, I make like an ostrich and stick my head in the fucking sand. I know when AJ and I are separated I always ask if he's still wearing his ring. It's this little shred of hope that I need to hold onto. I'm not sure how I'd handle it if I found out he wasn't wearing it anymore.

It's been a long ass time since I spoke to you and I felt his was a perfect time to do it. Conversations at early hours of the morning are simulating and I kinda wish you still came around. I know you have a busy life so I won't bother much. I just think that we are pals. Oh yeah, happy birthday. Had to squeeze it in somewhere. The life, how is it? Are you fucking angry? Fucking sad?
