I'm in paper-writing purgatory. Seriously, who let me in to grad school?! It's going to be another all-nighter. Before I dive in, here are a few photos of the snow, the Thanksgiving feast, and a gratuitous shot of my wee dog, because I miss her so!

Oh god, that food looks delicious! The pictures with the snow are just beautiful. I'm so jealous- I've only ever seen snow once!

Yes, my dog is basically the best thing since sliced bread.

Our snowfall was quite pathetic compared to the deluge that Scotland has received. Still, very pretty and cold.

This is a bit weird but your dog has crazy eyes. I am just saying.

Thanks! Thanksgiving was delicious! Mmmmmm, the leftovers were very good, too.

I like to think of her eyes as 'striking' but crazy is appropriate. She is a Catahoula Leopard, and they typically have blue eyes. Also, they have webbed paws because they're from a swampy area of the US. Also, my dog is the greatest dog ever.
