my tongue is an oak which i must constantly bite into, leaking out the sap from its clumsy lumbering trunk until it seeps down my throat, choking me to harden itself and remaining so. all my insides are surrounded and encased unspoiled by the resin. silence is my greatest self-preservative.

This is also awesome to read after being dumbed to tears whilst scanning the clippings posted by the front office of my school. This girl Katie Evans--whom Hannah's mom (a DOCTOR) thinks has Down's syndrome--writes reviews for the paper like I do, but three of her reviews were posted up on the wall and none of mine.

Here's an exact quote from Katie's "Goblet of Fire" review.

"...but the rating has been turned up a notch in this one. This is because of the seriousness of the plot. There is more violence."

And she's supposed to be smart, which just makes this worse. I hate the Lake Charles expressions page.

that is really, really sad. you should put the girl in a dungeon like they did in the olden times to the mentally handicapped.

Or the attic, like Mr. Rochester did to his wife.

Note: fiendishthingy and afiendishthingy totally aren't the same person. Unlike Courtney and forty-year-old mankind.

courtney and josiah need to stop making appearances in my dreams every night. seriously, it's starting to creep me out. there's always some negative conflict.

yes, there have been new ones but not in any relation to that particular one. they're all just as strange and unique, though.

well, another was when you and josiah were like mad at me cause I didn't believe in god or something. and I can't really think of much right now off the top of my head- but I assure you, you've at least made appearances in my dreams almost every night.
