We watched Firefly and boy, does it make me sad. It is SUCH a good show, such a DAMNED GOOD SHOW that it makes my blood boil that it got cancelled so soon into the story. And yes, my poor browncoat heart can admit now that it will never, EVER get another shot. But grrrr... how is it that so much crap gets to stay on TV and something this great ( Read more... )

You've never seen it before? Have you seen Serenity (the movie) yet? Because if you haven't, a trek up here to see it in HD on a 65" screen might be in order.

But yeah, the cancellation of that show pretty much destroyed my faith in humanity.

oh, I've watched/owned it for years. I should have said we re-watched episodes last night that inspired my ire. :)

We just recently got the series (i.e. Season 1) on Netflix. One more episode left. It is an AWESOME show, me and the husband love it (and we have somewhat varying tastes in shows), the characters, dialogue, plot twists are all great. It's hard to believe that there is such drek out there, and this show, full of awesomesauce, was cancelled.
