If there was one thing the Corinthian hated most about his human body, it was the weakness. Not in terms of physical strength; at the very least, that was one part of himself that was still in tact, if not a little dampened. Watching as Cori appeared on the view Balthazar grinned. He’d spent the last days hanging around the stores, looking, waiting for his prey. He always been a patient man. Dmeon. Both in fact.

And he was going to wait for a bit more, no way on rushing things.

He could probably see the white-haired man twitch if he looked hard enough. Once he realized that walking around really wasn't helping to take his mind off anything at all he eventually found a bench and sat down, a hand cradling his head as it throbbed away.

He probably could have asked Crowley for help, his mind reasoned, but....his pride was a little less than willing. Add to the fact that any mocking comments would have ended with blood on either side and riding it out was a decidedly safer way to go.

Something was off wit the man, Balthazar mused, analyzing every movement, every change on his breathing, every muscle tensing. That was going to be more interesting than he imagined.

The half demon approached him and sit next to to Cori, casual, like he was just another common guest.

For several long moments Balthazar went completely unnoticed, the ex-nightmare too preoccupied with the headache that threatened to tear right through his skull. It wasn't until he sat back and ran a hand through his hair that the other man was given any acknowledgment at all.

Of course, said acknowledgment was little more than a startled glance followed by a dark glare before the Corinthian stood and started to walk away.
