I've been working a whole lot lately. I fell the other night and now my back and shoulder is killing me. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. I'm sore, everything is fine, i just need something to help me sleep because it's so sore i haven't slept good in the past few days. but anyways.. nothing serious with my fall
