American Airlines is messed up

Check this out - It costs about $100 less to fly from San Francisco to Philadelphia than it does to fly from San Francisco to Chicago on the same dates, even though the flight to Philadelphia goes through Chicago. What the fuck?

I was looking at some dates in late Feb. Not really sure what the plan is. I'll keep you posted if I make it out there.

United has screwed me one too many times, and I'm going to avoid flying them ever again if I can help it. Plus I'm well on my way to Platinum Status on American (I think 2 more round trips to SF will do it), so I'm trying to concentrate my miles there when I can.

I'm not sure what I'm doing yet (or when). I was just browsing flights. I figured if I went to either Philly or Bmore, I could probably make a diversion to the other, too. I'll talk to at least you and Mr. Watts before I make any firm plans.
