Well everyone i made it safely to NZ. I hopped on the plane at 8 in the fucking morning and arrived at 3.15 nz time, i rugged myself greatly anticipitating the beautiful rainy cloudy weather that christchurch is renowned for, but to my great suprise it was 32 degrees (26 to us cause no humidity whatsoever) with not a cloud in the sky.
